We are seeking a motivated Intern to join our Marketing department.

The ideal candidate will assist in promoting ICS Milan through various channels including social media blogging and event documentation. This internship offers hands-on experience in marketing within an educational setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Documenting school activities and events through photography and/or videography;
  • Managing and updating the schools social media platforms;
  • Create new and engaging graphic designs for activities and events;
  • Assisting with website content updates and writing engaging and informative articles for the schools news and events section;
  • Providing support during school events including setup and promotion.

Objectives:

  • Develop proficiency in managing social media platforms including content creation scheduling and engagement strategies.
  • Gain hands-on experience in supporting the implementation of digital processes such as customer relationship management (CRM) systems contributing to streamlined workflows and improved efficiency in marketing operations;
  • Gain experience with content management systems (CMS) for website management enhancing digital content creation and publishing abilities;
  • Develop familiarity with email marketing platforms and techniques acquiring valuable skills in targeted communication and audience engagement.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a degree in Marketing Communications or a related field;
  • Proficiency with online trends and tools with a keen eye for social media strategies and content creation;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign etc.);
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word Excel PowerPoint etc.).
