Baggy Vintage, realtà specializzata nella vendita di borse e accessori di lusso second hand, cerca una nuova figura da inserire nel team presso la nostra sede al CIS di Nola.
Cerchiamo una persona con esperienza concreta nel marketing digitale, capace di supportare la crescita del brand attraverso campagne pubblicitarie, analisi delle performance e sviluppo dei contenuti social.
La figura sarà affiancata passo dopo passo nelle attività e nella strategia del brand, lavorando a stretto contatto con il team.
La persona si occuperà principalmente di:
* Gestione e ottimizzazione delle campagne Google Ads
* Analisi delle performance e dei principali KPI
* Supporto alla strategia di marketing digitale
* Ideazione e pianificazione dei contenuti social
* Sviluppo di contenuti per Instagram e TikTok
* Ricerca di trend, format, hook e nuove idee creative
* Creazione di Reel, TikTok e video prodotto
* Supporto alla scrittura di script e copy
* Supporto alle attività promozionali e alla crescita online di Baggy Vintage
Per la parte di registrazione e montaggio video non è richiesta esperienza professionale pregressa: la persona verrà affiancata e formata.
È invece necessaria una buona conoscenza di TikTok, del suo linguaggio, dei trend, dei format e delle dinamiche che rendono un contenuto efficace sulla piattaforma.
REQUISITI NECESSARI
* Esperienza nel marketing digitale
* Esperienza nella gestione di Google Ads
* Buona conoscenza di TikTok e delle sue dinamiche
* Capacità di leggere e interpretare i dati delle campagne
* Buona conoscenza delle dinamiche e-commerce
* Familiarità con Instagram e i principali social network
* Precisione, proattività e capacità organizzative
* Sensibilità estetica e interesse per il mondo moda e luxury
Costituiscono un plus la conoscenza di Meta Ads, Shopify, Google Analytics, Canva, CapCut e altri strumenti di editing.
