We are looking for an exceptional leader to drive our Claims Professional Services practice and help insurers modernise one of the most complex and business-critical areas of their operations.
This is not a traditional consulting role.
This is an opportunity to become the reference point for Claims transformation initiatives leading strategic programmes influencing executive stakeholders and guiding highly specialised teams delivering enterprise-scale solutions across the insurance market.
The challenge
As Head of Claims Professional Services you will take ownership of our Claims delivery practice acting as the bridge between insurance business strategy operational excellence and technology execution.
You will work with senior client stakeholders support the successful delivery of complex transformation programmes and lead multidisciplinary teams of analysts consultants and subject matter experts.
Your expertise will help clients redesign and evolve their Claims operations while ensuring successful execution measurable business outcomes and long-term partnerships.

You have spent a significant part of your career helping insurers improve transform or modernise their Claims operations and systems. You combine deep domain expertise with strong leadership skills and the credibility required to influence senior decision-makers.
You understand not only technology but also the business operational and regulatory complexities that make Claims one of the most strategic functions within an insurance company.
