Protected by military secrets, these creations were only launched in the International market when the brand was acquired by Richemont Group in 1997.Today, the Maison advances through cutting-edge research, sustainability, and empowering modern heroes with a team that passionately brings value to Panerai's distinctive mix of Italian spirit and Swiss watchmaking excellence.As our next Brand Activation Project Manager, you will embark on a pivotal mission in strategically planning, coordinating, and executing global and regional brand activation initiatives for Panerai.This role ensures that all projects align with the brand's luxury positioning, distinctive values, and strict brand guidelines, contributing to enhanced brand visibility, engagement, and desirability through impactful experiences.Your impact Project planning & coordinationLead the development of detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for brand activation campaigns and events.Coordinate and manage the end-to-end execution of assigned brand activation projects, from initial brief and conceptualization through to implementation, monitoring, and post-event analysis.Ensure all project activities adhere to the global brand activation guidelines, luxury standards, and operational processes established.Stakeholder management & executionAct as a key point of contact and facilitate communication between internal stakeholders (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Retail, Digital, Product Development) and external partners (agencies, vendors, suppliers) for specific projects.Manage brief development, proposal evaluation, negotiation, and performance monitoring ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability are defined and maintained for all project participants to ensure seamless integration and execution.Oversee the logistical and operational aspects of events, campaigns, and activations, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and flawless execution.Performance monitoring & Brand complianceMonitor project progress, identify potential risks, and collect/analyze data for post-campaign reporting and ROI evaluation.Ensure strict adherence to Panerai's brand guidelines, visual identity, messaging, and luxury standards across all activation touchpoints and materials.Review and approve creative assets, communications, and production elements for assigned projects to maintain brand consistency and quality.Prepare regular project status updates, contribute to the refinement of brand activation processes and best practices, and support regional/local teams for consistent implementation of initiatives.Your profileBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in project management within brand activation, marketing, or events, preferably within the luxury sector or a premium brand environment.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.Familiarity with luxury brand positioning, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders.Strong attention to detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a results-oriented mindset.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management software.Fluency in English and Italian is essential; additional languages (e.g. French) are a significant plus.Availability to travel internationally as required to oversee project execution and support events.Why join us?
