La tua nuova aziendaFor an industrial company, part of a multinational group, specialized in the manufacturing of technical components for hydraulic and pneumatic systems, with an international presence and a strong focus on innovation, quality, and customized solutions for the industrial sector, we are currently seeking an FP&A Business Partner.Il tuo nuovo ruoloReporting directly to the Finance Director, the candidate will support the development of planning, forecasting and performance management processes across the European operations. Key Responsibilities Financial Planning & ForecastingCoordinate the annual budgeting process across multiple entities.Lead periodic forecasting cycles.Consolidate and challenge financial assumptions from operational and commercial stakeholders.Prepare financial models, scenarios and sensitivity analyses.Monitor forecast accuracy and recommend corrective actions.Support the Finance Director in the design and implementation of an industrial controlling framework.Performance ManagementDevelop and maintain operational and financial KPI dashboards.Analyze performance versus Budget, Forecast and Prior Year.Identify business risks and performance improvement opportunities.Support monthly business reviews and management presentations.Monitor profitability, working capital and operational performance indicators.Business PartneringAct as a finance business partner to Site Directors and management teams.Collaborate closely with Operations and Commercial functions.Facilitate data-driven decision-making processes.Support strategic initiatives and investment evaluations.Challenge assumptions and provide independent financial insight.Reporting & AnalyticsDevelop management reporting tools and dashboards.Support the evolution of business intelligence and data visualization capabilities.Improve consistency, quality and accessibility of business performance information.Drive the standardization of planning and reporting processes across entities.Di cosa hai bisogno per aver successoDegree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Management Engineering or a related field.4-6 years of experience gained within a Big Four/Audit firm and international manufacturing environment in FP&A, Business Controlling, Industrial Controlling, Operations Finance. Technical and Personal Skills: Budgeting and forecasting, financial modelling, variance analysis, KPI development and reporting, advanced Excel skills, fluent English, strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to work cross-functionally with finance, operations and sales teams, proactive and hands-on approachPreferred skills: BI tools, ERP systems experience, Manufacturing performance analysisCosa avrai in cambioOur client offers visibility and a growth path within a growing international group.
