Your Role And Responsibilities

As an Infrastructure Specialist in Platform Engineering Services, you will act as a trusted advisor to Client IT, providing expertise in infrastructure, security, and risk management. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure high-quality technical support, meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and adhering to process compliance.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

• 
  
• Analyze and Resolve Incidents: Analyze and resolve infrastructure-related incidents, minimizing downtime and ensuring prompt restoration of services. This involves identifying root causes, implementing fixes, and verifying resolution.
  
• Provision and Deploy Infrastructure: Provision, deploy, configure, and migrate infrastructure products to meet client needs, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to services.
  
• Conduct Risk Assessments: Conduct business impact analyses and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities, providing recommendations to mitigate risks and enhance overall IT resilience.
  
• Manage and Support Infrastructure: Manage and support infrastructure products, ensuring they are running at optimal levels, meeting performance and security requirements, and adhering to process compliance.
  
• Ensure Process Compliance: Ensure that all infrastructure-related activities are performed in accordance with established processes and procedures, meeting SLAs and regulatory requirements.
  

In line with applicable pay transparency requirements, we are sharing the annual base pay range (gross per year). Projected minimum salary: 33.150 EUR - Projected maximum salary: 64.350 EUR. These amounts are based on a full-time schedule over a full calendar year.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• 
  
• Exposure to Infrastructure Management: Experience working with infrastructure products, including provisioning, deployment, configuration, and migration, with a focus on ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to services.
  
• Incident Analysis and Resolution: Exposure to analyzing and resolving infrastructure-related incidents, including identifying root causes, implementing fixes, and verifying resolution to minimize downtime and ensure prompt restoration of services.
  
• Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Experience working with business impact analyses and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities, providing recommendations to mitigate risks and enhance overall IT resilience.
  
• Infrastructure Support and Maintenance: Exposure to managing and supporting infrastructure products, ensuring they are running at optimal levels, meeting performance and security requirements, and adhering to process compliance.
  
• Process Compliance and SLA Management: Experience working with established processes and procedures to ensure that all infrastructure-related activities meet SLAs and regulatory requirements.
  

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

As a Infrastructure Specialist, we are looking for candidates with the following background and skills:

• 
  
• Excellent knowledge of Databases: Oracle 19 and 11 (must have) and others.
  
• Installation, configuration, server administration, creation of scripts and automatic tasks, update.
  
• Excellent knowledge of various operating systems: Linux RHEL, Linux Centos, Unix in general.
  
• Knowledge of IBM WebSphere.
  
• Experience as a System Administrator.
  
• Applies knowledge of Networking, Storage, Computer, Security Services.
  
• Understands SLA management, services health management and key metrics monitoring. xysqume
  
• Experience as a System Administrator
  
• Able to produce documentation for use by team and customer.
  
• Good level of English is required as the candidate will be working directly with the customer’s team
  
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
