For our plant in Laives (BZ) we are looking for a: SAP Specialist MM/WM (m/f/x) Where we need you We are looking for a SAP Specialist MM/WM to manage SAP operations and support business-critical manufacturing processes. The role will contribute to system stability, continuous improvement, and SAP projects, including S/4HANA migration. Main responsibilities: * Manage SAP modules (MM, WM, PP, QM) ensuring system stability and SLA compliance * Coordinate external partners, vendors, and service providers * Act as IT point of contact for Production, Logistics, Maintenance, and Quality * Support SAP projects acting as team member and / or subproject lead (S/4HANA migration, rollouts, hypercare phase) * Provide user support (1st, 2nd, 3rd level), perform root cause analysis and drive improvements * Perform SAP customizing activities How to convince us * Strong SAP experience (MM, WM; SD is a plus) * Proven experience with S/4HANA migration and hypercare support * Good understanding of logistics and manufacturing processes * Ability to handle support requests independently (including 1st level) * Experience in SAP customizing * Fluent English and Italian; German is a plus * Willingness to travel nationally and internationally The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, detail-oriented approach, and excels in teamwork, international collaboration, and effective communication.
