AudienceProject is looking for a Solutions Director, Italy, to strengthen our commercial team and support our continued growth in the Italian market.

AudienceProject is a leader in independent cross-media measurement, enabling advertisers, media owners and the industry to trust, prove and improve advertising outcomes through a scalable SaaS platform.

Our platform provides advertisers with a unified view of campaign performance, enabling confident omnichannel investment decisions, while providing media owners with comparable, third-party validation to demonstrate the value of their inventory.

Embarking on our second decade of cross-media measurement, we are now looking for a motivated Solutions Director, Italy, to work alongside our commercial team and help translate our measurement capabilities and data into business value for customers and prospects.

You will play an important role throughout the commercial journey, from identifying customer needs and supporting strategic pitches to demonstrating the platform, developing proposals, identifying growth opportunities and helping customers maximise the value of AudienceProject.

Joining AudienceProject will give you a front-row seat in the rapidly evolving media and measurement industry and the opportunity to work with some of the world’s largest advertisers, agencies and media owners. You will also become part of our global Solutions team, collaborating across markets to bring the right expertise to our most important commercial opportunities.

What you will do

You’ll be instrumental in showcasing our technical capabilities that unlock revenue and deepen client value - particularly in the IT market. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on complexity and wants to make a visible mark at a high-growth, fast-paced measurement leading platform in ad tech.

Working closely with our Italian sales team and colleagues across Product, Data Science and Customer Success, you will help ensure that AudienceProject’s solutions are aligned with customers’ strategic priorities, workflows and business objectives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Partner with the Italian sales team on strategically important opportunities, including customer presentations, pitches, workshops and analyses
• Understand and analyse prospective customers’ strategic situations, measurement needs and business processes, and demonstrate how AudienceProject can create value within them
• Present and demo the AudienceProject platform, translating measurement metrics, outputs and capabilities into clear business outcomes for customers
• Help frame, develop and present proposals, RFIs, pilots and other strategic sales materials
• Design and support pilot projects, including analysing results, contextualising findings and presenting recommendations to customers
• Coordinate relevant input from Product, Data Science and other teams to ensure proposals and presentations address the customer’s objectives and use cases
• Identify opportunities to grow existing customer relationships through additional platform usage, cross-media measurement, brand lift studies and other AudienceProject solutions
• Support Customer Success on strategically important retention initiatives, including QBRs, demonstrating ROI and helping customers derive greater value from AudienceProject’s data
• Contribute insights from customers and the Italian market to relevant product and go-to-market discussions
• Collaborate with the global Solutions team, sharing expertise and supporting important opportunities across markets where relevant

Who you are

We are looking for someone who combines deep knowledge of media and audience measurement with analytical strength, commercial understanding and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.

You bring:

• At least 8 years of relevant experience within media, advertising, audience measurement, market research, ad tech, analytics or consulting
• Deep knowledge of audience measurement and the metrics used to evaluate media and advertising performance
• A strong understanding of how advertisers, agencies and media owners use measurement and insights to inform business and investment decisions
• Strong analytical capabilities combined with commercial experience in sales, business development, account management or strategic client consulting
• Experience working with major advertisers, agencies or media owners on complex commercial or measurement-related projects
• The ability to translate complex data, methodology and technology into clear customer value
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the confidence to engage both senior decision-makers and technical or analytical stakeholders
• Experience supporting pitches, tenders, proposals or other complex commercial processes
• Well-developed project management and collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across commercial, product, analytical and customer-facing teams
• A proactive mindset and the ability to operate successfully in a fast-paced, dynamic and international scale-up environment
• A collaborative approach and the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally

Relevant backgrounds could include senior roles within audience measurement or market research companies, media owners, media agencies, ad tech businesses or other analytics-led companies serving the advertising industry.

Most importantly, you combine brains, heart and guts: the analytical ability to understand complex customer challenges, the empathy to build trusted relationships and the commercial determination to turn insight into action and growth.
