Campari Group is today the sixth-largest player worldwide in the premium spirits industry.Position Context & MissionAs part of Campari Group’s Advanced Integrated Planning (AIP) transformation, the Global Planning Center of Excellence (CoE) plays a critical role in shaping the future of Demand & S&OP across the organization.The Global Planning CoE Manager – Demand & S&OP acts as the capability owner of global demand planning and S&OP standards, driving the design, governance, and adoption of a best-in-class, AI-enabled planning operating model.This role is accountable for ensuring consistent global standards, scalable processes, and strong adoption across regions, acting as a key enabler of the company’s planning transformation and decision-making agility.Key Responsibilities1. Global Standards & GovernanceDefine and continuously improve global Demand & S&OP processes, models, governance, and KPIsDesign and implement standard operating models, including planning cadence, RACI, and hand-offsEnsure end-to-end consistency across regions, minimizing local deviations and exceptionsAct as guardian of data integrity, KPI definitions, and planning assumptions frameworks2. S&OP / IBP Process ExcellenceLead the standardization and maturity evolution of S&OP / IBP processes globallyDefine and deploy global process frameworks, including FVA (Forecast Value Added) and maturity modelsConduct regular process maturity assessments, identifying gaps and driving improvement roadmapsPartner with regions to ensure effective adoption and execution of planning cycles3. Planning Transformation & Digital EnablementDrive adoption of planning tools (e.g., SAP IBP) and new system capabilitiesPartner with IT to:Define capability roadmaps and adoption plansManage releases and prioritize enhancementsLead UAT and ensure alignment with global standardsContribute to AI-enabled planning capabilities, including agent-based solutions (forecast sensing, scenarios, data quality monitoring)4. Capability Building & Community DevelopmentDefine the planning capability framework and competency modelAssess capability gaps and drive upskilling programs and learning journeysBuild and nurture a global planning community, promoting best practice sharingEnable planners to adopt data-driven and AI-supported decision making5. Change Management & AdoptionAct as a change leader, driving adoption of global standards across regionsCoach and influence regional stakeholders without direct authorityEnsure proper training, communication, and documentation for all process and tool changesBalance global consistency with business needs, avoiding fragmentation6. Cross-functional IntegrationAct as global point of contact for planning in enterprise transformation initiativesEnsure integration of Demand & S&OP with Supply, Finance, Commercial, and Innovation processesCollaborate with:Regional Planning CoEs and teamsGlobal Supply Chain & other CoEsIT Business Partners and HRExperience & Background8–10 years in Planning and S&OP roles, with increasing responsibility Proven experience in global or regional planning leadership and transformation programs (IBP)Experience in process design, standardization, and operating model definitionExposure to multinational FMCG / CPG environments, multi-region and multi-category: comfortable to navigate a matric environmentEducationMaster’s Degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Supply Chain.
