Within the Security Organizational Unit, we are looking for a System Administrator for our office in Nerviano (MI).

Responsibilities:

• The resource will be inserted in the "Information Assurance" discipline, in order to contribute to the activities of setting up, configuring and managing classified networks.
• The resource will mainly deal with:
  • Installation and configuration of servers in Windows and Linux environments.
  • Guaranteeing IT security at a systemic level.
  • Providing technical assistance at server level.
  • Peripheral management: installation, maintenance and management of problems related to client PC peripherals.
  • License verification: verification, monitoring and insertion of software licenses required for each workstation.
  • Implementation of technical and procedural project measures approved by the competent Authority.
  • Maintaining updated hardware and software configuration documentation.
  • System audit activities and operational continuity plan.
  • Performing the duties of System Administrators foreseen by the implementing directives of DPCM 5/2015.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Availability to verify the subjective requirements necessary for access to reserved information and areas (DPCM 5/2015) is required.

Education:

• Diploma/Degree in IT

Seniority: Junior 1-3 years in similar roles

Technical Skills:

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server OS 2012/2016/2019;
• Excellent knowledge of UNIX/LINUX operating systems (i.e. Debian, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Slackware);
• In-depth knowledge of virtualization tools (VMware, vSphere, etc.);
• Network management/configuration/troubleshooting towards partners;
• Management/configuration/troubleshooting of Telsy crypto devices;
• Excellent knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating system;
• Excellent knowledge of Office suite 2012/2016/2019;

Soft Skills:

• Availability, integrity, confidentiality;
• Excellent communication skills to interact with different company levels and external entities;
• Organizational and team management skills.

Language Skills:

• Knowledge of English (B1 level)
