Start Your International Career in Lisbon!

Are you a fluent Italian speaker with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service?

Join our international Social Media Advisor team in Lisbon, with positions starting in October & November. You’ll support customers through social media and digital channels, resolve their questions, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

️ You must be eligible to work in Portugal and available to work in Lisbon.

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to customers through social media and digital platforms.
  • Resolve enquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Provide accurate information and effective solutions.
  • Escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Meet quality, productivity, and performance targets.

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluent Italian, spoken and written.
  • English B1/B2.
  • Typing speed of 20+ words per minute.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-focused attitude.
  • Basic computer and social media knowledge.

Contract & Benefits

  • 12-month contract, with possibility of renewal.
  • 40 hours/week, 8-hour rotating shifts.
  • Flight ticket reimbursement according to company policy.

Salary

Without Company Accommodation:
€1,366.17 gross/month + performance bonus (to be disclosed).

With Company Accommodation:
€1,040.68 gross/month + performance bonus (to be disclosed).
