As part of this growth, they are looking to hire an experienced HRIS Lead to take ownership of the global HR Technology strategy and lead a small, high-performing HR systems team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys genuine autonomy, has real seniority attached to the role, and wants to shape both the HR technology roadmap and the organisation's emerging HR AI strategy from the ground up.
Hybrid working (3 days per week in office), paying up to €100,000 + 10% bonus + car allowance (and other benefits).
