💡 Cosa farai

• Migliorerai e adatterai i processi produttivi e le postazioni di lavoro per prodotti esistenti, ottimizzando le performance industriali sia nei processi manuali che automatizzati, inclusi sistemi PLC.
• Definirai specifiche tecniche e supporterai la progettazione di nuove linee produttive e scenari industriali, garantendo elevati standard di sicurezza, qualità, tempi di consegna e produttività.
• Promuoverai e diffonderai metodologie Lean Manufacturing e Six Sigma all'interno dell'organizzazione.
• Parteciperai attivamente ai meeting operativi (SIM2), identificando e rimuovendo rapidamente gli ostacoli che impattano sulle performance.
• Gestirai il bilanciamento tra capacità produttiva e carico di lavoro attraverso strumenti avanzati di simulazione e pianificazione (iQ Simulation, CAMA, CORIM, Bridge, ecc.), sia per linee interne che esterne.
• Ottimizzerai i lead time e garantirai la corretta capacità produttiva delle linee.
• Redigerai istruzioni operative e documentazione tecnica a supporto della formazione del personale.
• Collaborerai allo sviluppo di nuovi prodotti, assicurandone la producibilità e la fattibilità industriale.
• Valuterai la sostenibilità economica e la redditività degli investimenti industriali necessari alla crescita del business.
• Qualificherai impianti, attrezzature e processi sia presso i siti produttivi aziendali sia presso i fornitori.
• Coordinerai e guiderai le fasi di avvio e ramp-up di nuove produzioni.

🎯 Cosa cerchiamo

• Laurea in Ingegneria (Industriale, Meccanica, Gestionale o equivalente).
• Mentalità orientata all'innovazione, al miglioramento continuo e alla risoluzione dei problemi.
• Competenze in ambito produttivo, automazione industriale e sistemi informatici applicati alla manufacturing.
• Ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative, con attitudine al lavoro in team e alla gestione degli stakeholder.
• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata.
