Lead with impactYou will contribute to Costa's revenue optimization strategy by supporting pricing, inventory, forecasting, and capacity allocation decisions across ships, itineraries, and markets. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and international commercial teams, you will transform insights into actions, helping the business anticipate market trends, optimize performance, and make informed decisions that drive sustainable revenue growth. Pricing & Revenue OptimizationYou will support the definition and execution of pricing and inventory strategies for assigned ships and markets, leveraging data analysis, demand forecasting, and pricing optimization techniques to maximize revenue and occupancy performance.Demand Forecasting & Commercial InsightsYou will analyze booking trends, customer demand, competitive dynamics, and market performance to generate actionable recommendations. Through forecasting activities and continuous monitoring of commercial KPIs, you will help support effective decision-making across markets and sales channels.Cross-Functional Collaboration & Revenue PlanningYou will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and global market teams to align pricing strategies with commercial objectives and activation plans. You will also contribute to financial forecasting processes and support the ongoing evolution of revenue management tools, processes, and analytical capabilities.What makes you uniqueYou bring 2–3 years of experience in revenue management within global organizations or in highly analytical roles where analysis enables complex, high‑impact decisions.Your master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics (or a similarly quantitative field) equips you with the rigor to model demand, interpret elasticity, and act decisively.Your toolkit includes high proficiency in Excel, quantitative tools, and PowerPoint; basic programming skills (e.g., Python) are a strong plus. You pair a data‑driven approach to decision‑making and complex problem‑solving with sound business acumen and commercial awareness.Fluency in English and an entrepreneurial mindset enable you to communicate and negotiate effectively in cross‑functional environments, fostering alignment and constructive collaboration.
