Who We're Looking For

As a Sales Assistant, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience while bringing the K-Way spirit to life in store. Through your passion for the brand and customer-focused approach, you will support sales performance, maintain high store standards, and contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Key Responsabilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create engaging shopping experiences.
• Inspire customers through your passion for the K-Way brand and products.
• Support the achievement of sales targets and store objectives.
• Ensure products are replenished, presented, and maintained according to brand standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
• Handle fitting room and cash desk operations efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with the team to drive store success.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required

• Previous experience as a Sales Assistant within the fashion and retail industry.
• Fluent English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Reliable, energetic, and flexible, with the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Availability to work flexible schedules

Initial fixed-term contract, available on either a part-time (30 hours per week) or full-time (40 hours per week) basis.
