Job Description

The Clinical Sales Specialist PI VASCULAR reports directly to the Area Manager North Italy PI. This role is instrumental in shaping and reinforcing the company culture, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer focus, quality, performance, results, collaboration, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Represent the company positively and professionally
  
• Drive market share growth and increase market presence
  
• Plan and execute sales promotion initiatives
  
• Accountable for quarterly and annual quantitative and qualitative targets (budget and performance)
  
• Assists physicians with Operating Room procedures when required
  
• Ensure proactive customer engagement by assigned team members
  
• Strategic and project-based support of selected key accounts (KOLs, existing and new customers)
  
• Coordinate and ensure compliance with reporting standards and company policies
  
• Analyze and oversee sales and commercial budgets
  
• Ensure incentive plan parameters are met
  
• Support product launches and customer onboarding
  
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities, sharing insights with internal stakeholders
  
• Plan and execute congress participation and presentations
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 
  
• University degree (preferably in a scientific field) or medical/commercial training
  
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Peripheral Vascular field in a similar position
  
• Sound business acumen
  
• Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
  
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking
  
• Goal- and performance-oriented working style
  
• Self-motivated, responsible, and a strong team player
  
• Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
  
• Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight stays domestically and internationally
  
• Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken
  

Salary range from 45k€ to 58k€

The selected candidate would preferably reside in Friuli Venezia Giulia.
