About the role

As our Head of E-Commerce you will lead Dysons online business in Italy combining strategic leadership with commercial ownership to deliver sustainable growth across and key marketplace partners. Acting as a key member of the local leadership team you will influence business direction lead a high-performing team and ensure exceptional experiences for Dyson owners.

You will:

• Own the Italy e-commerce P&L driving revenue growth profitability and long-term business performance.
• Define and execute the e-commerce strategy balancing immediate commercial opportunities with long-term business objectives.
• Lead coach and develop a high-performing team creating clarity focus and engagement in a fast-paced environment.
• Partner with Marketing to optimise traffic acquisition conversion performance and return on investment across digital channels.
• Challenge and influence internal specialists and external partners through a strong understanding of performance marketing and digital trading levers.
• Lead the marketplace and third-party e-commerce business strengthening commercial performance and key strategic relationships.
• Use data and insight to identify growth opportunities improve decision-making and influence investment priorities.
• Collaborate effectively across local regional and global teams to align priorities and deliver business outcomes within a complex matrix organisation.
• Champion exceptional owner experiences across every digital touchpoint from consideration and purchase through to care and repurchase.
• Act as a leader for the wider Italy business considering opportunities and trade-offs across direct marketplace and indirect channels.

About you

To succeed in this role you will bring:

• Senior e-commerce leadership experience ideally within a Head of E-Commerce or equivalent role.
• Proven P&L ownership and a track record of delivering online sales growth.
• Strong understanding of traffic acquisition performance marketing and digital trading levers.
• Experience leading teams through ambiguity change and demanding commercial environments.
• Analytical strength using data and insight to identify opportunities and improve performance.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills in a matrix organisation.
• A resilient adaptable style with a bias for action and delivery.
• The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Experience in premium consumer products retail e-retail or omnichannel businesses.
• Experience across direct-to-consumer marketplace and indirect sales channels.
• Experience working across regional and global stakeholder groups.
