Food & Beverage & Event Internship (FMX)

• Floor Service: Welcoming guests taking orders upselling and providing table service for breakfast lunch and dinner.

• Bar Support: Assisting the bar team with coffee service basic drinks and serving appetizers.

• Event Management: Setting up and serving during private parties themed nights and live music sessions.

• Guest Relations: Sharing knowledge about our menu and services.

• Operations: Ensuring the cleanliness organization and aesthetic standards of the dining and common areas; end of day closure and reports using CRM and operational system.

Qualifications :

• Languages: Native Italian speaker; basic to conversational English (must be able to speak and understand English for basic daily guest interactions). A third language is a fantastic bonus.

• Soft Skills: A team player with a problem-solving mindset and excellent communication skills.

• Flexibility: Availability to work shifts including weekends and holidays.

• Vibe: A genuine passion for the hospitality industry and the unique cosmopolitan atmosphere of modern hostels.
