ABOUT THE PROPERTY Cloud 7 Hotel Roma is a lifestyle boutique hotel by Kerten Hospitality, located in the heart of Rome, just steps from iconic landmarks like the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. With 37 thoughtfully designed rooms, the hotel offers a modern, vibrant stay blending comfort, style, and local character. Room categories range from Solo and Essential to Deluxe rooms with terraces and Junior Suites. At the heart of the experience is the “Social Cloud” — a dynamic space designed for connection, co-working, and curated guest experiences. Location: Located in the heart of Roma , the “Eternal City,” with over 2,500 years of history shaped by the Roman Empire, Renaissance art, and Baroque architecture. Within walking distance of iconic landmarks such as the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, and historic piazzas, surrounded by vibrant streets, culture, and authentic Italian lifestyle. ABOUT THE ROLE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Handle reservations, room assignments, and billing with accuracy. Provide information on hotel services, facilities, and local attractions. Respond to guest requests, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to meet guest needs. Follow front office procedures and standards for service, safety, and compliance. Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions in the PMS. Build positive relationships with guests by providing attentive and personalized service. Use hotel systems and digital tools effectively to manage reservations and guest services. Share guest feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality. Adapt quickly to guest needs and apply creative solutions in daily tasks. EXPERIENCE & SKILLS Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field preferred. Minimum 2 years of previous experience in a Front Office/Reception role, preferably within the hospitality industry. Knowledge of PMS and front office systems (Opera, Fidelio, or similar) is a plus. Friendly, proactive, and able to work under pressure with a guest-first mindset. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed. Previous experience with Opera Cloud is strongly desired. For non-EU candidates, it is necessary to have a valid residence permit to work in Italy; otherwise, there is no chance of being hired. Fluent in English and Italian. Initial Contract 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent position.
