Our mission is to improve lives by developing and delivering pioneering treatments that address critical cardiovascular conditions.The Pricing and Contracts Manager supports the development and execution of pricing strategies that drive profitability as well as contract streamlining for compliance, storage and renewals for Johnson & Johnson’s cardiovascular portfolio. This role will manage pricing analytics, support value-based pricing initiatives, provide insights regarding contract terms and risks to the company as well as creating a sustainable contract lifecycle management process. The role requires partnership cross-functionally with all of Commercial Operations, Finance, Legal, Information Technology, Sales, Marketing, and Market Access teams. The ideal candidate combines analytical expertise, process optimization, software proficiency, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Essential Job FunctionsManages a team of individual contributors and/or Supervisors, and is accountable for conducting effective performance managementAssesses key performance measures/indicators to measure progress, risk and identify gaps requiring immediate action for successAdvises on new product launch initiatives including the development and implementation of project plans to execute.Serves as a resource for the business to assess and obtain sign off on pricing proposals for critical go-to-market speed and key winsDrives offer development, administers contracts with limited oversight and ensures systems are created for maximum efficiencyIdentifies and implements best practices and process improvements, and supports strategic initiatives in an effort to improve processes and workflowsDirects the implementation of new and revised contract policies and processesDevelops tactical and operational plans for facilitating risk assessments for potential and/or actual organizational financial or compliance risksResponsible for managing operational aspects of their team (e.g., workflow, performance, and compliance), as well as ensuring achievement of team goals within established timelines and budgetsIntegrates Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision makingRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)10+ years of experience in pricing, finance, or commercial analytics within medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcareProficiency in data analysis and risk mitigationProficency with pricing systems, ERP systems, CRM tools, and/or contract management softwareProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced skills in Excel.Strong analytical skills, ability work independently, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyEffective communicator with ability to influence cross-functional stakeholdersThis is a hybrid/remote role, depending on location and business needs.Travel up to 20% may be required for business meetings, conferences, and customer engagementsEnglish fluent requiredRequired Skills: Preferred Skills:The anticipated base pay range for this position is:56.100,00 - 96.945,00Benefits:In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
