During your time with us you will work in both our Reception and Bar departments. Its the perfect way to build a 360-degree foundation in the hospitality industry and never get bored!
What we offer:
- Contract Type: Part-time (2124 hours / 5 days per week) 1-year contract.
- Compensation: Level 5 CCNL Turismo Alberghi (11688..27 Gross Annual Salary).

What are we looking for
- Legal Requirement: Mandatory enrollment in the Protected Categories list (Italian Law 68/99 Art. 1 work capacity reduction over 45%).
- Shift Flexibility: Hostel life never stops! Your shifts will rotate on a weekly basis alternating between mornings afternoons and evenings based on company needs (earliest shift starts at 07:00 latest ends at 22:00).
- Positive Attitude: A can-do mindset and a genuine passion for human connection.
- Languages: Fluent Italian and English (any additional language is a massive plus!).
