Sales Ownership & PerformanceTake full ownership of your assigned leads, managing the entire sales cycle from first contact to closingConsistently achieve and exceed individual sales targetsAct as a top performer and role model for the team2. Team Leadership & DevelopmentLead, coach, and develop a team of 1–5 Language CoordinatorsDrive daily performance through coaching on calls, conversion, and customer experienceSupport hiring, onboarding, and performance management in partnership with the CPM3. Business Ownership & OperationsAct as second-in-command to the Country Product Manager, supporting key decisions and ensuring business continuityTake ownership of selected managerial responsibilities such as forecasting, budgeting, and performance trackingContribute to sales strategy through market analysis, performance insights, and opportunity identificationBuild partnerships with schools, universities, and local networks to drive growthYour growth path to CPMThis role is structured as a stepping stone to Country Product Manager.Within your first months, you will:Master individual sales performance and lead from the frontTake full ownership of a team’s results and developmentGradually assume responsibility for key business metrics and operationsPartner closely with the CPM on strategic and commercial decisionsSuccessful candidates typically transition into the CPM role within ~6 months, based on performance, leadership readiness, and business needs.What we’re looking forBachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience3+ years of sales experience with a strong track record of closing deals1–2 years of experience leading, mentoring, or coaching junior team membersStrong leadership potential and ambition to move into a general management roleCommercial mindset with the ability to think beyond individual salesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFull fluency in Italian and EnglishInternational experience (study, work, or travel abroad)Full working rights in ItalyWork environmentThis is a fully on-site role.
