What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop Data-Driven Solutions: Use advanced data science techniques to solve complex business problems and drive value.

  
  

• Collaborate for Impact: Work with stakeholders and internal teams to identify opportunities for leveraging both internal and external data to create value and support cost-reduction initiatives.

  
  

• Design Advanced Analytics: Focus on designing and implementing AI-driven solutions, ensuring their effectiveness over time.

  
  

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain trust with clients by understanding their business challenges and translating those into tailored AI solutions.

  
  

• Craft Strategic Proposals: Develop proposals that align with client needs, highlighting our AI capabilities, and collaborate with the sales team throughout the pre-sales process to secure new business.

  
  

• Stay Ahead of AI Trends: Keep up with emerging AI technologies, offering tailored advice to clients and supporting strategies that drive AI adoption and achieve business goals.

  
  

• Quantitative AI Expertise: Use your deep understanding of Quantitative AI to recommend the best solutions for specific client use cases.

  
  

• AI Innovative Roadmap Assessment and Partnership Adoption: Design an innovation strategy aligned with business goals by incorporating partnership exploration, prototyping, governance, and immediate implementation of advanced AI solutions, leveraging SDG's strategic partnerships to integrate advanced technologies such as platforms, models, and infrastructures for seamless adoption and business impact.

  
  

• Promote the AI Portfolio: Clearly communicate the value and capabilities of our AI solutions through presentations and real-world demonstrations.

  
  

What We Look For

• 
  

• Education: A degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or a related technical field, ideally with a background in software engineering.

  
  

• Advanced AI Knowledge: Experience with state-of-the-art technologies for building machine learning and AI solutions, especially in cloud environments.

  
  

• Data Science Expertise: Solid understanding of data science fundamentals, solution lifecycles, and AIOps practices.

  
  

• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with key AI tools like AIFlow, KubeFlow, AWS SageMaker, and Azure AIStudio.

  
  

• Performance Measurement: Experience in defining metrics and strategies to assess the performance and impact of predictive AI solutions.

  
  

• Business Insight: Ability to translate business needs into actionable AI use cases, designing solutions that address complex challenges.

  
  

• Presentation Skills: Comfortably present to a range of audiences, including clients, executives, IT leaders, and developers.
  

  
  

Recommended Requirements

• 
  

• Consulting Background: Experience in Data & Analytics consulting is a plus.

  
  

• Data Architecture Knowledge: Strong understanding of data architectures and information modeling strategies.

  
  

• Generative AI Expertise: Experience with generative AI models, including Large Language Models (LLMs), neural networks, and recommendation systems.

  
  

• Relevant Certifications: Credentials in AI or cloud platforms are advantageous for this role.

  
  

Compensation

• 
  

• Salary Range: Indicative gross annual salary (RAL) between €45'000,00 and €65'000,00. Final placement within this range will be determined based on technical competencies, specific experience in the role, and the outcomes of the selection process, according to objective and predefined criteria. For profiles with exceptional qualifications exceeding the stated range, a revision may be evaluated subject to internal approval.
