Our technology starts with you.YOUR ROLEYou will be part of the Central Construction team, a worldwide team dedicated to the design and construction of the new infrastructure and facilities necessary for the manufacturing.

You will join the team dedicated to the Agrate site, following all the phases of the new projects, from conceptual design to detailed design, construction, start-up and commissioning of the new facilities.You will be part of the Gas & Chemical team.

As Process specialist you will be in charge of following the activities of the packages related to the discipline ensuring to keep them aligned with time, quality and budget defined.

You will be asked to collaborate with the team members and to ensure an efficient sharing of the information among the people of the team and with the other people of the Construction group.

You will work to define the new projects needs according to the production tools requirements and, working with the other disciplines involved in the team, to provide all the information necessary to the possible Contractors to fulfill their scope.

Your role of Process specialist, includes the following main activities:Define the basic design related to gas & chemical plants for new projects, supported by team leaderPrepare the specifications for the gas & chemical disciplineValidate the technical documentation and quotation provided by the ContractorsCheck and ensure that the installation activities, carried out by contractor personnel, are compliant with specifications, safety and environmental rules and any applicable STMicroelectronics standard and good practicesEnsure the on-time execution of gas & chemical installation, with follow-up of works, highlighting any deviation versus the specifications and/or scheduleLead weekly meetings with the assigned Contractors and write detailed MoMProvide the necessary approvals of datasheet and Contractors' documentation within the standard due dateBe accountable for the usage of the available tools for project management by the ContractorsParticipate to periodic meetings and be constantly updated about gas & chemical activities progress with suppliers and STMicroelectronics teamEnsure the collection of final documentation related to the gas & chemical disciplinesYOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCESCandidates that best fit this role should have/be:(minimum) Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, material engineering, industrial engineering, chemistry or other technically equivalent degree(preferred) master degree in chemical engineering, material engineering, industrial engineering, chemistry or other technically equivalent degree(preferred) experience or knowledge of process systems for microelectronics or pharmaceutical production sites(minimum) able to read and understand mechanical, electrical and instrumental schematics(preferred) knowledge of Autocad and 3D modeling softwares (i.e.

Revit, Navisworks,…)Good analysis, problem solving, synthesis and reporting capabilitiesGood teamwork abilityGood communication and documentation skillsGood knowledge of English and Italian language both written and spokenThe expected salary range for this position is € 33.000– €42.000 gross annual salary (RAL), plus variable pay relevant for the role.In accordance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and applicable Italian legislation, this compensation range has been determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria, including job responsibilities, required skills, relevant experience, qualifications, and market benchmarks.

Placement within the range will depend on the candidate’s profile and demonstrated competencies.

The final offer will be made in compliance with the applicable National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL), where relevant, and our internal compensation policies.
