ECOMMERCE EXPERT

Purpose: As an e-commerce Expert, you'll be a key player in optimizing and managing the online presence of one of our four renowned Group brands: De’Longhi, Kenwood, Braun, and Nutribullet. You'll be part of a team dedicated to innovation and excellence in the Ecommerce ecosystem. You will be responsible for the assigned brand within a specific geographical area and will be tasked with ensuring the best possible management of e-commerce activities in your assigned markets. Working alongside the local team, you will be responsible for driving and monitoring e-commerce performance. You will be working to ensure the effective day-to-day running of the website, continuously measure site performance to guarantee our customers receive the best possible online service. You will produce and distribute ecommerce sales reports, KPI analytics reports and all customer journey-related reports. You will prepare and lead the monthly performance update meeting with your markets.Main Responsibilities: - Acting to drive revenues to reach the annual targets - Oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform, ensuring functionality, usability, and performance meet or exceed industry standards. - Analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement. - Management of the commercial calendar of the assigned brands - Improving customer experience by regularly updating homepage and category page content. - Ensuring promotions are correctly set up and tested before deploying to the website. - Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and other relevant factors to generate accurate forecasts. - Liaising with the Ecommerce Manager to ensure all activities are correctly prioritized and scheduled. - Liaising with the development team to ensure all known website bugs are evaluated and fixed. - Liaising with Customer Services to collect voice-of-customer feedback on the website and use this to amend the website. - The role also offers exposure to the full digital marketing mix, including SEO, PPC, affiliates and email marketing, and to in-depth website analytics, but merchandising is the main focus.Skills,capabilities, Competencies: - Ideally 6+ years of relevant experience in eCommerce business in an fast moving company / strategic consultancy firm / best in class digital agency. - Proven track record of successful projects in a B2C company ideally with multi-country coverage aiming at accelerating ecommerce growth. - You are data-driven and love to perform regular analyses so you can continuously improve your KPIs. - Skilled in using Google Analytics and other BI Tools. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. - You are highly motivated, a team player, yet also able to work independently. - Strong Understanding of the wider digital marketing landscape (SEO, Data analytics, performance marketing, affiliates, ecommerce). - Good public speaking skills and capacity to clearly communicate. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Good/Basic knowledge of the main cyber security and information protection principles.Preferred qualifications: - Experience in Salesforce or with platforms such as Shopify or Magento. - Knowledge of DAM, PIM and CMS platforms. - Direct experience in international business projects.What we offer: - Dynamic Environment: Work in a fast-paced and challenging environment. - Impactful Work: Make a real difference in the quality of products that millions of people use every day. - Growth Opportunities: Develop your career within a leading global company. - Wellbeing initiatives (engagement survey, welfare program, company restaurant, health insurance) - Work-life balance (flexible work hours, remote work options) - Partnerships and shopping programs (special price for company products, external partnerships & discounts, smart lockers - Transparent Compensation: We offer a salary aligned with your expertise and dedication, fostering equity. Our salary range for this position is 40.000-55.000, plus MBO, and the applicable collective bargaining agreement (CCNL) is metalmeccanico.
