TASKI Product Marketing Manager – EU SouthQuadro under the CCNL Chimico Industria Diversey - Solenissupports customers across a wide range of industries with innovative cleaning and hygiene technologies, including floor care machines, cleaning tools, and advanced chemical solutions. Position SummaryTASKI is looking for a hands-on, commercially minded Product Marketing & Commercial Enablement Manager to support the growth and local activation of the TASKI portfolio across the EU South Cluster, covering Iberia, Italy and Greece.The role connects global product teams, local sales, channel partners, service, supply chain, pricing, masterdata and marketing to ensure TASKI machines, robotics, vacuums, accessories, spare parts and service propositions are launched effectively, promoted clearly, priced correctly and supported with the right sales tools and product information.This is a cross-functional role combining product marketing, launch execution, portfolio coordination, commercial support and practical problem-solving.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct launch and innovation activationSupport local and regional launches of TASKI innovations, machines, robotics, vacuums, accessories, spare parts and service propositions. Prepare and adapt launch materials, coordinate launch readiness and support customer events, distributor meetings, trade fairs and internal launch activities.Portfolio and range managementMaintain TASKI range overviews, catalogues, product guides, webshop and e-catalogue content. Support portfolio updates, SKU changes, product migrations, lifecycle communication and product replacement recommendations.Sales and channel enablementProvide sales teams, key account managers, distributors and channel partners with product information, training material, sales tools and customer-facing support. Assist with tenders, product comparisons, machine configurations, competitor benchmarking and internal portfolio training.Pricing, masterdata and commercial supportSupport pricing processes for machines, spare parts, accessories and innovations, including tiered pricing, promotions and customer price requests. Coordinate SKU extensions, CMI requests, price corrections, masterdata updates and issue resolution across SAP, webshop, InRiver, DAM and related systems.Marketing activation and digital contentAdapt and create local marketing materials, campaign flyers, web banners, LinkedIn content, showroom materials, QR codes, distributor assets and customer presentations. Support website, webshop, InRiver, DAM and local digital campaign updates, including translations.Cross-functional coordinationAct as the key link between EU South sales teams and global TASKI functions. Work closely with product management, marketing, service, supply chain, procurement, pricing, masterdata and customer service to ensure smooth execution and remove barriers to growth.Required Skills and ExperienceExperience in product marketing, portfolio management, commercial support, sales enablement, product management or channel support.Strong ability to coordinate launches, campaigns, product information and sales tools.Good understanding of B2B sales, pricing, promotions and customer-facing documentation.Strong collaboration skills across sales, marketing, supply chain, service, pricing, masterdata and product teams.Ability to translate technical product information into clear commercial messages.Confident user of PowerPoint and Excel. SAP, InRiver, DAM, e-commerce or Power BI experience is an advantage.Fluent English required. Italian, Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred.Preferred ExperienceExperience with professional cleaning machines, floorcare, robotics, B2B equipment, tools or technical products.Experience supporting sales teams, distributors, key accounts, tenders or channel partners.Experience working in a regional or global matrix organization.Personal AttributesHands-on, pragmatic and commercially minded.Structured, reliable and detail-oriented.Strong communicator and proactive problem-solver.Able to manage multiple priorities across countries, systems and stakeholders.Positive “can-do” attitude with ownership and follow-through.Travel RequirementUp to 20% travel, including customer visits, distributor meetings, trade shows, internal meetings and regional launch activities.The final offer will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal compensation guidelines.
