We serve the M&A tax market, assisting Private Capital Houses and acquisitive corporates in their transactions. Working on leading transactions on the marketAs part of the team, you will support activities in a dynamic environment, building your tax knowledge and analytical skills. Your tasks will include working on: Tax structuring of M&A deals and debt issues;Tax due diligence assignments);Tax models preparation and reviewMIP structuringAnalysis on complex domestic and Internations tax issues, including, but not limited to business combinationsPreparation of tax rulings Corporate restructuring;You will be involved in domestic and international projects, working alongside highly qualified professionals and acquiring top-level skills through interaction with the brightest minds in the field and challenging clients.

Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristicsThis is the perfect opportunity for you if you have: Education and Qualifications: A master's degree in Economics (LM-77 or LM-56) or Law (LMG-01), with a final grade of at least 105/110;Qualified (or in the process of qualifying) as a Chartered Accountant (Dottore Commercialista) and/or Lawyer (Avvocato).Experience, Skills and Competencies:3+ years of experience operating at Junior or Senior tax specialist level within a Big 4 or top-tier advisory firm.

Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a proactive and flexible approach.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop initial views on technical matters, with appropriate guidance when needed.

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Team-oriented mindset, with willingness to collaborate and support colleagues across different projects.

For more experienced candidates: ability to support and coach junior team members, contributing to their development and ensuring quality of deliverables.

Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
