WHAT YOULL DO
As an Engineering Talent youll be one of the behind-the-scenes heroes who keep the W Rome experience running flawlessly. From guest rooms to public spaces youll ensure our hotel looks great feels great and operates at its best every day.
Youll respond to guest requests and maintenance needs with a proactive solution-oriented mindset helping create memorable experiences through exceptional service and attention to detail. Whether troubleshooting equipment carrying out preventive maintenance repairing fixtures supporting sustainability initiatives or ensuring all facilities are operating efficiently youll play a key role in delivering our signature Whatever/Whenever service.

We are looking for someone who is hands-on curious and passionate about keeping things running smoothly. You enjoy solving problems working with a variety of systems and equipment and collaborating with a diverse team in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent.
Related Work Experience: Some experience in general maintenance exterior and interior surface preparation and painting.
Experience in hotel engineering or maintenance a plus.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
License or Certification: Drivers License
