Senior Cloud Infrastructure & VMware Operations Engineer Descrizione del ruolo Per il potenziamento del team Operations, siamo alla ricerca di un Senior Cloud Infrastructure & VMware Operations Engineer con consolidata esperienza nella gestione e manutenzione di infrastrutture Cloud VMware enterprise e Data Center complessi. La risorsa sarà coinvolta nelle attività di monitoraggio, troubleshooting, configurazione e gestione delle componenti virtuali e fisiche dell'infrastruttura, garantendo elevati livelli di disponibilità, affidabilità e continuità operativa. Responsabilità principali Monitoraggio e manutenzione proattiva dell'infrastruttura attraverso strumenti quali VMware Aria Operations, vRealize Operations Manager, vRealize Log Insight e Zabbix. Analisi e risoluzione di problematiche infrastrutturali, di rete e di virtualizzazione. Configurazione, gestione e troubleshooting di ambienti VMware vSphere, vCenter, vCloud Director e NSX-T/NSX-V. Verifica e collaudo di nuovi Data Center VMware, inclusa l'accettazione delle componenti hardware e software. Supporto alle piattaforme containerizzate VMware Tanzu e Red Hat OpenShift. Gestione delle componenti di networking fisico e virtuale, incluse attività di analisi su routing e switching. Collaborazione con team infrastrutturali e operation per garantire il corretto funzionamento dei servizi erogati. Partecipazione a reperibilità e attività di manutenzione programmata in orario notturno. Competenze obbligatorie VMware vSphere e vCenter. VMware NSX-T e NSX-V. VMware vCloud Director. VMware Aria Operations. VMware vRealize Operations Manager. VMware vRealize Log Insight. VMware Site Recovery Manager. VMware Tanzu. Red Hat OpenShift. Networking avanzato e troubleshooting infrastrutturale. Conoscenza dei protocolli BGP e OSPF. Competenze gradite HPE OneView, HPE IMC. Dell OpenManage Enterprise (OME). HPE Synergy e c7000. Dell PowerEdge M1000e e R740. Storage HPE 3PAR, Primera. Storage Dell PowerStore. SAN Broadcom SN6000B e SN6500B. Protocolli e tecnologie: IRF, IGMP, Link Aggregation, ACL, FC, PortChannel. Requisiti personali Ottime capacità di troubleshooting e problem solving. Attitudine al lavoro in team e gestione delle priorità. Disponibilità alla reperibilità e ad attività programmate in fascia notturna. Esperienza in contesti enterprise e mission critical. Seniority Senior (5+ anni di esperienza in ambito VMware Cloud Infrastructure, Networking e Data Center Operations).
