The role

The TikTok Shop Specialist (IT) plays a key role in shaping the digital shopping experience for our consumers managing online content and product availability and driving sales performance across our D2C websites. Sales through our digital channels are a key part of SharkNinjas growth strategy and youll have the opportunity to build your career in a market-leading innovative and fast-paced ecommerce environment.

The ideal candidate will bring ecommerce merchandisingtradingand digital marketingexpertise alongside a deep understanding of online consumerbehaviour.

What you will do:

• Own and manage SharkNinjas TikTok Shop storefronts end-to-end product listings pricing promotions and shop layout
• Plan and execute TikTok Shop campaigns including platform events (e.g. flash sales seasonal campaigns) and voucher/coupon strategy
• Collaborate with the Social Affiliate Specialist in managing the affiliate/creator programme: recruit and onboard creators set commission structures brief creators on product content and track affiliate performance
• Collaborate with content/creative teams to produce short-form video and LIVE shopping content optimised for TikTok Shops algorithm and shoppable formats
• Run and/or coordinate TikTok Shop LIVE selling sessions working with hosts/creators on scripts timing and product feature order
• Track and report on TikTok Shopspecific KPIs (GMV video/LIVE conversion rate affiliate-driven sales follower growth) via TikTok Shops native analytics
• Identify platform trends (trending sounds formats hashtags) and translate them into timely commercial opportunities
• Ensure compliance with TikTok Shop policies and platform guidelines across all activity

What you will have:

• 2 years experience specifically managing a TikTok Shop (or comparable social commerce platform e.g. Instagram Shop Douyin)
• Proven experience running affiliate/creator programmes and negotiating commission terms
• Experience with LIVE shopping formats and short-form video commerce
• Strong understanding of TikToks algorithm content trends and platform culture
• Ability to analyse TikTok Shop native analytics and translate into action
• Comfortable working at a fast pace with rapidly shifting trends
• Experience with TikTok Shop Ads/GMV Max is a plus
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word PowerPoint Excel)
