IT Proximity Team Leader

At the same time, we are committed to innovating and designing new products in line with the values of our Houses, through a process of permanent creativity.YOUR MISSION:Reporting to the IT Support Manager Italia and representing the Group IT department, FSS Proximity Team Leader for Retail and Corporate is a member of the Field Services and Support (FSS) team inside I&O.You will be responsible to deliver effective IT support on-site or remotely across FSS perimeter for Corporate sites located in Milano metropolitan area and Retail network in Italy belonging to Richemont Group.Additionally you will assist in the continuous enhancement of the FSS organization at a regional level in alignment with Group IT and the business objectives of the organization and you will support business driven project initiatives such as new retail/manufacturing opening / closing/ refurbishment, special events, local workplace evolution .The ultimate aim being to deliver a high quality, truly value added service to the business fully aligned with business requirements, actively engaging these users in the technology available to them.In this context, the Proximity Team Leader works closely with the Regional Peers, Group IT Support Teams and the business stakeholders in a complex international environment.HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?People Management Manages the team under his/her geographical perimeterRecruit, coach, set objectives and appraiseDefine and maintain an evolution plan for his teamOrganize the shifts in order to ensure the required coverageMaintain continuous relation with the Local HR departmentOrganize the shifts in order to ensure the required coverageFinance Management Participate to the budget elaboration as well as the quarterly review Prepare the inputs about the hardware / maintenance under his scope Propose any necessary changes/amendments to the budget Project Management Participate to the project / activities roadmap definition and execution Capture proactively the activities from the relevant entities / Group IT Book the relevant resources in order to participate to the delivery in alignment with the Project Manager assignedFollow and promote the Group IT project management methodology Service Management Monitor and report about the delivery and support of the Business services in scope for his/her areaDetect and report proactively about any pattern or malfunction Produce/share the KPI and maintain acceptable evolution trends Promotes best practices and ensure "operational excellence" in agreement with Group IT and FSS standardsFollow (or seek for evolution) and promote the Group IT standardsHOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?Technical skills Intermediate knowledge of Windows OS, MacOS, Android and Mobile iOSStrong knowledge of Microsoft O365 in particular MS Office and collaboration tools (Teams, Sharepoint, Onedrive)Basic knowledge of Device MDM (Workspace1,Intune)Basic knowledge of Active Directory and Identity and Management tools (Saviynt is a plus)Basic knowledge of Networking (mainly Cisco) and voice solutions (mainly Teams PSTN)Experience in Luxury Retail is a plusProject Management You are organized and autonomous and have demonstrate solid communication and analytical skills, proactivity, and team spirit.You are client oriented and open-mindedProject Management Certification (PMI, Prince) and Agile Methodology is a plusService Management – detailed knowledge required for:Knowledge of Service Now or any other tool for incident, problem, change and asset managementDeep knowledge of ITIL processes especially incident, change, problem, asset management (ITIL Foundation certification is a plus)Soft skills People Management (small teams roughly 10 people)Good communication both oral & writtenProblem SolvingActive ListeningLanguages Italian – mother tongueEnglish – fluent (C1-C2)French – nice to haveCCNL CommercioSalary Range 60K – 70KAnnual bonus plan8 EUR Meal vouchers for each working dayWelfare #Richemont #WeCraftTheFutureSummaryLocation: MILANType: Full time
