In addition, it supports the accurate valuation of assets, making a tangible contribution to risk management and strategic decision-making.We will count on you to:Understanding client needs, initiating data collection and preliminary analysis, and preparing an appropriate commercial proposal.Collecting, validating, and structuring large data sets for real estate and asset valuation.Conducting site inspections of assets to be valued, gathering the necessary evidence and informationEstimating the value of buildings, plants, machinery, and equipment for insurance purposes (replacement cost, new replacement value, current value) and for tax purposes (market value, fair value, etc.).Preparing accurate, verifiable, and unbiased valuation reports in line with industry standards and professional best practices.Preparing and presenting structured, clear, and usable valuation reports for insurance, accounting, and legal purposes.Managing and developing client relationships, providing specialized technical support for their risk management strategies.Working independently and as part of project teams, meeting project deliverables, milestones, and deadlines.Ensuring quality, governance, and consistency of valuation data, in compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.Using data management and analysis tools (workflow, data cataloging, report automation) to improve operational efficiency and valuation accuracy.What you need to have: Degree in a technical discipline, preferably civil or mechanical engineerin.Proven experience in asset valuation, preferably in insurance, financial, or risk management contextsFluent in written and spoken Italian and EnglishExcellent project management skills, customer orientation, and a strong teamwork attitudeWillingness to travel within Italy and abroadHigh attention to detail, ability to synthesize information, and critical thinkingIn-depth knowledge of construction types, process equipment, machinery, and common equipmentAdvanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with Power Query and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI or equivalent)Familiarity with data analysis and modeling tools, and potential AI applications to improve efficiency and accuracyWhy join our team:The opportunity to make an impact by building a career and professional growth path within a global market leader in insurance brokerage and risk consulting, with a strong brand and ambitious goalsCareer advancement opportunities within a global network of professionals specialized in Forensic Accounting, Claims Services, and Asset ValuationWhat we offer:The position is offered on a permanent basis.We propose a gross annual salary starting from 36.000 for a full-time position. Depending on experience, skills and qualifications, we are willing to consider compensation above the starting salary. Variable remuneration may be granted in accordance with company policy.
