IT Business Specialist - Banca Corrispondente, Assistant Vice President

The IT Business Specialist is responsible for providing functional support and acts as a key liaison between Business stakeholders and IT in relation to applications and processes within the Banca Corrispondente environment. The role serves as the primary functional point of contact for the Office Manager, ensuring effective support through strong knowledge of the relevant operational procedures and mainframe systems.The role also includes supporting the assessment and implementation of application changes by translating business needs into functional requirements and contributing to the continuous enhancement of existing processes and systems. Working in close partnership with Business and IT teams, the IT Business Specialist helps ensure that technology solutions are aligned with operational priorities, delivered efficiently, and maintained in accordance with business expectations and service standards.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide functional support as the first point of contact for the Office Manager, leveraging in-depth knowledge of the Banca Corrispondente procedure and the mainframe environment.Perform functional analysis on the Banca Corrispondente application and related software programs.Meet with Business stakeholders to collect, assess, and coordinate new software requirements and changes to existing software processes.Desired Qualifications and SkillsExperience in functional support and business analysis within application or software environments.Good understanding of mainframe systems and operational procedures.Knowledge of the Banca Corrispondente process or similar banking operations.Ability to gather, document, and coordinate business requirements effectively.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred AttributesProactive and solution-oriented mindset.Ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.Strong attention to detail and process accuracy.Organized approach to managing multiple requests and priorities.Collaborative attitude and willingness to support continuous improvement.Minimum Salary:67,500 AnnualThe minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified.
