You are comfortable engaging with stakeholders and translating complex concepts into clear, actionable insights.Required Technical and Professional Expertise• 5–8 years of experience in a consulting environment with a strong technology focus (digital transformation, data, or AI initiatives)• Strong understanding of AI technologies (machine learning, generative AI, NLP, predictive analytics) and their business applications• Ability to analyze and interpret AI trends and market developments, translating them into practical business insights• Cross-industry business awareness and ability to identify value creation opportunities through AI• Experience acting as a bridge between business and technical teams• Proven project management capabilities, including stakeholder coordination and delivery tracking• Strong client-facing and communication skills, including workshop facilitation• Foundational knowledge of AI/data tools and languages (Python, SQL, ML frameworks)• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to structure problems and support data-driven decision making• Curiosity and continuous learning attitude toward AI and digital transformation• Experience with data analysis and data strategy, including data governance, data quality, and ethical AI considerationsThe position will be governed by the Italian National Collective Bargaining Agreement for Employees of the Metalworking Industry (Contratto Collettivo Nazionale di Lavoro per i dipendenti dell’Industria Metalmeccanica e della Installazione di Impianti), with classification as Quadro.The employment contract may be offered as a permanent employment contract (contratto a tempo indeterminato).The salary range for the position in Italy is 81.120,00 to 145.860,00 based on a full-time schedule at the time of posting. The level assigned and the corresponding remuneration within the salary range indicated above will be determined in accordance with several factors such as, geographical tier, job-related skills, education and experience that selected candidates bring to the team. For part-time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately.
