By combining industry expertise with a commitment to sustainability, we help our brands redefine design and craft eyewear that captivates consumers worldwide.Job DescriptionYour opportunity You will have the opportunity to contribute to the launch and activation of Smart Glasses, at the crossroads of luxury, innovation, and advanced technology.In this role, you will work at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and Product, helping to translate data and insights into actionable plans that enhance category performance.You will gain exposure to market dynamics, distribution strategies, and commercial planning, playing an active role in optimizing assortment, visibility, and overall category results.You will be immersed in the latest trends shaping wearables, AI-driven ecosystems bring an innovative vision to life within a leading luxury eyewear company.How you will contributeSupport the definition and execution of category strategies across markets and channelsAnalyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risksContribute, in partnership with cross functional teams, to the development and evolution of the Smart Glasses product roadmapWork closely with Brand and Communication Teams to support the definition of 360 marketing plans and the development of end-to-end marketing initiatives to build awareness and establish the CategoryMonitor category KPIs and contribute to the preparation of reports and performance reviewsCollaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to support commercial initiatives and optimize product visibility and assortmentSupport the development and optimization of distribution networks and category presenceDevelop a strong understanding of key customers, markets, and category dynamicsEnsure consistency and accuracy of data, presentations, and deliverablesWho you areMaster’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field+3 years of experience in category management, brand management, sales analysis, or similar rolesPrevious experience in the tech industry or on tech-driven products is a strong plusInterest in technology, digital ecosystems, and innovative product categories (e.g., wearables, smart devices)Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and generate insightsStrong communication and teamwork skillsFluent in English; additional languages are a plusWhy work with usThis is an excellent opportunity to join the Kering adventure in a moment of extraordinary growth and become part of a thriving team in a global Luxury group that offers endless possibilities to learn and grow.
