You will lead technical assessments, develop cloud management architectures, and ensure compliance with data protection and security frameworks. This role requires collaboration with development and infrastructure teams, applying agile methodologies and leveraging CI/CD tools to deliver robust enterprise solutions.Key Responsibilities- Design and implement cloud solutions for production workloads with high reliability, scalability, and security- Support cloud assessments, current-state analysis, application/infrastructure discovery and technical requirement clarification.- Guide the implementation of secure, scalable and reliable cloud solutions across enterprise environments.- Identify and apply security and compliance frameworks (SOC2, HIPAA, GDPR, ISO27001, CIS)- Build and manage container architectures (i.e. Kubernetes, Openshift)- Develop automation solutions with IaC- Support DevSecOps implementation activities, including CI/CD pipelines, code repositories, automated controls, security checks and deployment automation- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solution designs and technical roadmapsWhat We Offer- Opportunity to architect cutting-edge cloud solutions for enterprise clients in diverse industries- Hybrid work model with flexibility depending on business needs- Access to advanced multi-cloud training and certification programs (AWS, Azure, GCP)Your future at KyndrylAt Kyndryl, professionals like you are empowered to shape the future of enterprise technology. And finally, you’re open and borderless – naturally inclusive in how you work with others.Required Technical and Professional Expertise - 4+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing cloud solutions.- Strong knowledge of the core Cloud Services.- Experience coaching/leading technical teams or technical workstreams in transformation, migration, modernization or infrastructure projects.- Ability to work effectively in customer-facing delivery contexts.- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Fluent Italian and good English communication skills.Preferred Technical and Professional Experience- Certifications on one or more major cloud platforms, such as Azure, AWS or Google Cloud.- Experience supporting pre-sales, solutioning or technical proposal activities.- Experience with Agile delivery, technical governance, design authority boards or architecture review processes.- Experience in hybrid cloud or multi-cloud environments.- Experience collaborating within delivery teams, working closely with engineers and architects in hands-on cloud delivery and customer-facing projects.The position will be governed by the Italian National Collective Bargaining Agreement for Employees of the Metalworking Industry (Contratto Collettivo Nazionale di Lavoro per i dipendenti dell’Industria Metalmeccanica e della Installazione di Impianti), with classification as Quadro.The employment contract may be offered as a permanent employment contract (contratto a tempo indeterminato).The salary range for the position in Italy is 60.060,00 to 107.900,00 based on a full-time schedule at the time of posting. The level assigned and the corresponding remuneration within the salary range indicated above will be determined in accordance with several factors such as, geographical tier, job-related skills, education and experience that selected candidates bring to the team. For part-time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately.
