Move with us for a better world!Your RoleWe are looking for an energetic International Talent Acquisition Subsidiaries to join our HQ Talent Acquisition Team in Cesena (Italy), who will work closely with the business leaders in our subsidiaries, to attract and select the best people in the market, to effectively implement the business strategy, and build a great Technogym culture. In this role, you will also play a crucial role in building/enhancing overall Technogym employer branding awareness and developing a network with key talent communities for short/long-term opportunities.Your ImpactIdentify the most effective recruiting channels and manage the overall recruiting process for junior, mid, and senior profiles across several business functions Liaise with HR business partners and business leaders in the subsidiaries to gain insight into short/mid/long-term business needs and talent challengesUse data-based evidence to address hiring manager expectations about the labor market and recruiting processDefine strategic initiatives to build up external talent pipelinesRecommend continuous improvement to practices, processes, or policies to advance the Talent Acquisition functionProvide support to the Hiring Manager on the Talent Acquisition processes and practicesParticipate in global projects to support the delivery of the overall Talent Attraction strategySupport the development of innovative Employer Branding and Talent Attraction strategies, establishing long-term relationships with best-in-class University and school partnersAct as a true Technogym brand ambassador, defining and implementing communication to increase employer brand awareness in the marketAbout YouIdeally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You have exceptional interpersonal, team-building, and communication skills, with a strong customer service mindset.What you should bring:Master's Degree, preferably in Human Resource Management, Economics, Psychology, or a similar field5-7 years’ experience with the full-cycle recruitment process, preferably within multinational companies and international hiring efforts.Knowledge of selection techniques, recruiting strategies, channels, and assessment tools and methodologies Expertise in using ATS and talent relationship management tools (SuccessFactors knowledge would be a plus)Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Talent Insights, and LinkedIn AdvertiseBusiness partnership approach & love of headhuntingStrong teamwork and the ability to listen while influencing othersDrive, tenacity, and a client-focused, results-oriented approachFluency in English, any other language will be considered a big plusCompensation DataWe believe great work deserves great recognition. For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between 40,000 and 45,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
