The position will be based in Milan, and start as soon as possible. You will report to Silvia.Gross Annual Salary starting from: 36.500 euroCCNL Credito- FIXED TERM CONTRACT 1 YearYou will primarily be responsible for:Acting as the central point of contact for an allocated group of clients on operational matters, ensuring efficient incident management and timely escalation of issuesProviding ongoing client support, following up on all questions or issues until resolution, and keeping clients regularly informed, especially when in-depth analysis is requiredEnsuring compliance with Service Level Agreements and strengthening the quality framework to meet both quantitative and qualitative objectivesDriving continuous improvement of processes and practices, identifying opportunities that provide long-term value and minimise operational risksContributing to operational enhancement projects, reviewing specifications and terms of reference for new products and initiatives, supporting clients in developments and tests, and executing conformance tests with clientsYour profile:Strong financial background and good understanding of the various activities of Euronext’s direct and indirect client basePrior experience in client services or a similar operational support roleHigh standards of service delivery and ability to build strong client relationshipsStrong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skillsExperience with project management and ability to monitor progressExcellent verbal communication skills, both internally and externallyFluency in English and Italian is requiredJoin a company where market infrastructure is built on innovation - and where every innovation starts with a bold mind asking, “What’s next?”.
