We believe in creating a workplace where everyone feels valued and respected.The Product Specialist supports the PM/MM in managing the relevant product line.He/she acts directly on an assigned territory ensuring that marketing strategies are executed correctly to reach established sales target. He/she monitors competitors and retrieve information from the field to share with the PM/MM.Job Responsibilities and Essential DutiesA list of the main responsibilities and percentage of time spent in each responsibility or group of responsibilities:Field Marketing Activities (50%)Perform promotional product demonstrationPerform training to salesforce and support them throughout the entire sales processShow and describe the product line to customers during congresses and meetingsHelp PM/MM in the field activities related to new products launchManage product quality activities with salesforce (i.e., field actions)Tender Management (20%)Analyze and prepare technical documentation necessary to participate in public tendersDefine technical configuration in coordination with the Sales departmentTransmit the relevant documentation for the tender to the T&O DepartmentMarketing strategies & activities (20%)Help PM/MM develop and implementing marketing plans and related change to reach established sales targetHelp PM/MM to collaborate with international colleagues to share knowledge, to exchange experiences and to address issues Help PM/MM launch new products to achieve agreed sales and profit objectivesHelp PM/MM check validated brochures and marketing material translationHelp PM/MM in managing DEMO products poolHelp PM/MM maintain the salesforce competence at a high and appropriate levelHelp PM/MM create and check order configuration to send to productionMarket Analysis: (10%)Monitor competitors and retrieve information from the field to share with the PM/MMHelp PM/MM adjust marketing strategy and execute it to meet changing markets and competitive conditionsHelp PM/MM maintain the local pricing strategy within international guidelinesScope & environmentProduct scope: Surgical Workflow (capital equipment such as operating tables and surgical lights)Territory: Central and Northern ItalyLocation: Home-based, with required residence in Lombardia. Expected residence in the Milan area (Cinisello Balsamo office available, no mandatory presence)Travel: Availability to travel extensively across the assigned territory, including overnight stays when required.
