The ideal candidate has significant experience in complex Cloud migration and adoption, integrated hybrid architectures, design and deployment of cloud-native architectures.They should be adept at leading and driving transition and transformation projects for infrastructure services and Application Modernizations supporting the Digital Transformation of our clients and transforming to a new modern operating model. And finally, you’re open and borderless – naturally inclusive in how you work with others.Required Technical and Professional Expertise5+ years of experience developing and maintaining Enterprise Architectures with a focus on infrastructure and application transformation projects.3-5 years of experience as Enterprise Architect for Banking, Financial Services, Industrial, Retail, Government or Travel & Transportation sectors.Significant experience in complex Cloud migration and adoption projects; expertise in integrated hybrid architectures and cloud-native architecture design.Proven track record in leading and driving transition and transformation projects for infrastructure services.Experience in transformation of Enterprise Outsourcing Infrastructure Services on distributed, mainframe and hybrid cloud environments.Proven experience in designing, integrating and implementing complex IT systems across various technology domains (cloud, data, applications, network, infrastructure)Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman), infrastructure governance and consulting methods.Proven track record of successfully delivering large scale technology projects with cross-functional architecture teamsExcellent communication and presentation skills, and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address technical challengesPreferred Technical and Professional Experience• Master degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field• Relevant industry certifications (TOGAF, OpenGroup Certified Architect, Hyperscaler, etc.)• Experience with Enterprise Architecture Tooling (Alfabet, LeanIX, others)• Experience with hyperscale cloud providers, automation, DevOps, and agile methodologies.The position will be governed by the Italian National Collective Bargaining Agreement for Employees of the Metalworking Industry (Contratto Collettivo Nazionale di Lavoro per i dipendenti dell’Industria Metalmeccanica e della Installazione di Impianti), with classification as Quadro.The employment contract may be offered as a permanent employment contract (contratto a tempo indeterminato).The salary range for the position in Italy is 60.060,00 euros to 107.900,00 euros, based on a full-time schedule at the time of posting. The level assigned and the corresponding remuneration within the salary range indicated above will be determined in accordance with several factors such as, geographical tier, job-related skills, education and experience that selected candidates bring to the team. For part-time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately.
