Every day, more than 80 000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars.Join us as a Project Engineering Manager and you will be loolking at a career defining role based in Rome, Bari, Bologna or Florence siteYour Role: As a Project Engineering Manager you will manage the technical contractual scope of the project ensuring its delivery according to the quality, cost, performance and scheduled commitment originally agreed and, if applicable, updated as a result of negotiated variation orders.Your Challenges: Manage the technical contractual scope of the projectManage the project technical risks and the corresponding mitigation planValidate the technical design choices with the peers and Solution DirectorDeploy the applicable engineering process, methods & tools on the projectManage the project solution to meet Quality, Cost, Delivery and Performance (QCDP) commitmentsBe responsible of the project design and application engineering activitiesSupervise Verification & Validation activitiesQualifications:Engineering background including project deployment full lifecycle viewRelevant experience in managing technical projectsHands-on experience on functional or hierarchical team management Cost and planning control experience in engineering scopeHands-on experience on Customer relationship in contractual situationsStrong leadership skills Fluent written and spoken EnglishSalary Range 43.400 - 57.800CCNL (Contratto Collettivo Nazionale del Lavoro) applied: Metalmeccanici IndustriaYou don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
