Move with us for a better world!Your RoleWe are looking for an energetic and process driven Mechanical Supplier Quality Engineer to join our Purchasing Team at Technogym HQ in Cesena, Italy. In this role, you will be in charge of the management, monitoring and improvement of the performance of the supply chain. Your ImpactCoordinate the development and industrialization of suppliersDevelop quality documentation regarding the control of suppliesManage “time planning” of suppliers until components/products deliveryManage supplier qualification processPromote corrective actions in case of deviations of product particularitiesGuarantee the support to purchasing department in evaluating and confirm new suppliersGuarantee the support to R&D department to develop new component / equipmentIdentify new technologies and supply opportunitiesImprove current process so as to remove potential obstacles and defectsAbout YouIdeally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical.What you should bring:Master's Degree in Engineering, Economics or other relevant fieldsBackground as Quality Engineer, Quality Manager, R&D EngineerKnowledge of industrial processes and technologiesAPQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), PPAP (Production Part Approval Process)Previous experience in automotive, white goods and automatic industries is considered a plus English fluency (minum level C1 CEFR)Problem Solving attitude and 8D, A3 methodology (6sigma)Process Auditing experience Compensation DataWe believe great work deserves great recognition. For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between 35,000 and 55,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
