Description and Requirements

Please note: This is a 12-month fixed-term contract position.

The Social & Search Manager is responsible for leading Lenovo's paid social and search strategy across Europe & META, driving demand generation, brand growth, and business performance for both Lenovo and Motorola portfolios. The role operates within the Media Center of Excellence (Media COE), partnering with local marketing teams, agencies, platform partners (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, Microsoft Ads, etc.), and eCommerce stakeholders to deliver full-funnel media activation and measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop Europe & META paid social and search strategies aligned with business objectives, defining channel roles across the customer journey from awareness to conversion.
• Translate global and Europe & META marketing priorities into local activation plans and drive integration across brand marketing, ACP, lead generation, and eCommerce initiatives.
• Build audience, targeting, and measurement frameworks across markets.

Media Excellence & Innovation

• Lead innovation roadmaps with Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Microsoft, Amazon Ads, and emerging partners.
• Identify and scale best practices across markets while implementing testing frameworks covering audiences, creatives, AI solutions, automation, and measurement.

Campaign Performance Management

• Oversee campaign planning and optimization across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Search, YouTube, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, and retail search platforms.
• Monitor KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, VTR/VCR, lead quality, and conversion rate, providing ongoing performance recommendations and budget allocation guidance.

Measurement & Analytics

• Define KPI frameworks and benchmarks by market and channel, driving end-to-end measurement from media exposure to lead generation and sales outcomes.
• Partner with analytics teams to enhance dashboards and reporting while evaluating incrementality, attribution, and business impact across social and search investments.
• Support local marketing teams with planning, channel recommendations, and performance reviews, while presenting insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Collaborate closely with eCommerce, ACP, Sales, Data & Analytics, agency partners, and platform vendors to ensure campaign quality, governance, operational excellence, partner accountability, and innovation initiatives.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Paid Search, Paid Social, Digital Media, or Performance Marketing.
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, and Microsoft Ads.
• Experience managing multi-country Europe & Meta campaigns.
• Strong understanding of lead generation, eCommerce, B2B and B2C marketing, attribution and measurement, and CRM and first-party data strategies.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and work effectively within matrix organizations.

PAY TRANSPARENCY

The anticipated initial gross base salary range for this position is 39,100-52,100EURper year. This range applies to the primary job location Italyand is determined using objective, non-discriminatory and gender-neutral criteria, including skills and relevant experience. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, skills, and business considerations.

Individuals may also be eligible for variable compensation (such as bonus or commission), depending on the role. The applicable variable pay model, eligibility, and target levels will be discussed during the recruitment process.

In addition to base salary and any applicable variable compensation, Lenovo provides statutory remuneration components required by local law, as well as Lenovo's comprehensive benefits package supporting employee well-being, development, and equal opportunities.

For roles open across multiple countries, local base salary ranges may vary based on market conditions, internal frameworks, and legal requirements. The relevant local range will be transparently communicated during the initial discussions.
