Working with cutting-edge technologies such as Big Data, AI, Digital Twin and Industrial IoT, the center drives innovation across the entire value chain, improving process efficiency, enhancing performance and enabling new digital services in a highly connected international ecosystem.DRIVE YOUR FUTUREThe CCH Tagetik and EPM Developer will be involved in Corporate Performance Management (CPM) initiatives, with a focus on CCH Tagetik, Oracle Hyperion Planning, and Oracle EPM Cloud platforms. The role will work closely with both IT and Business teams to gather functional requirements, design solutions, and implement processes related to Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial Consolidation, Reporting, and Data Governance, contributing to the ongoing evolution of the Group's Finance platforms.The successful candidate will support all phases of the application lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing application support and enhancement.The role will also be responsible for analyzing business processes, defining data models, configuring applications, and implementing data integration and control frameworks by leveraging the native capabilities of the platforms.Particular attention will be given to the use of CCH Tagetik Analytical Information Hub (AIH), Master Data Management, Data Quality Framework, Oracle Planning, Hyperion Planning, Essbase, and Financial Reporting.WHY JOIN US We are offering a rewarding role with scope for career progression along with: •Ticket restaurant.•Flexible working hours.•Hybrid Remote Working.•Employee benefits.MAIN ACTIVITIES•Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze functional requirements•Translate business requirements into implementation solutions on CCH Tagetik and Oracle EPM platforms•Configure and develop Budgeting, Forecasting, Strategic Planning, and Financial Consolidation models•Design and implement data integration processes leveraging Tagetik AIH•Configure Data Transformation Packages (DTPs), staging processes, data transformations, and integrations•Implement Data Quality controls, validation processes, and reconciliation procedures•Configure workflows, approval processes, and management reporting solutions•Develop and maintain Oracle Hyperion Planning and Oracle EPM Cloud applications•Manage Essbase multidimensional cubes and related processing activities•Collaborate with the AMS team to ensure proper governance, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the solutions.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field;•At least 3 years of experience in CPM, EPM, or Finance Transformation projects;•CCH Tagetik and/or Oracle EPM Cloud certifications are considered a plus, as well as experience with Tagetik modules such as IFRS 16, Tax Provision, ESG & Sustainability, Cash Flow Planning, and Disclosure Management;•Solid hands-on experience with the CCH Tagetik platform;•Strong knowledge of Analytical Information Hub (AIH) and data integration processes;•Experience in configuring and using standard Tagetik modules;•Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud solutions (Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close, and Narrative Reporting);•Strong SQL skills, including experience in developing complex queries for functional analysis, application troubleshooting, reconciliations, process monitoring, performance optimization, and data validation activities;•Good command of the English language.WHAT PUTS YOU IN POLE POSITION •Curiosity, interest of learning new technologies/new product/features•Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders•Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skillsCOMPENSATION PACKAGE•The employment contract will be regulated by “Gomma Plastica” National Collective Bargaining Agreement•The gross annual base salary (RAL) offered will be no less than 35.000•The Company is committed to offering a competitive compensation package and, following the selection process, may propose a final gross annual base salary above the stated level, commensurate with the candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications•The position’s compensation package also includes a variable component and a competitive welfare and benefits offer.
