About the role

We are looking for a Media & Communications Specialist – Formula 1, who will beresponsible for developing and executing strategic communication activities that elevate Alpinestars' presence within the Formula 1 ecosystem. Acting as a key storyteller and brand ambassador, this role translates Alpinestars' commitment to performance, protection, innovation, and racing heritage into compelling narratives that resonate with media, teams, drivers, partners, and motorsport fans worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Storytelling & Strategic Communications

• 
  
• Develop and communicate compelling stories that express the Alpinestars brand narrative, highlighting excellence in performance, protection, innovation, and racing technology.
  
• Translate technical product advancements, athlete achievements, and motorsport innovations into engaging media content and communication initiatives.
  
• Ensure clear, consistent, and authentic brand messaging across all Formula 1 communication channels and stakeholder interactions.
  
• Identify and capitalize on storytelling opportunities that reinforce Alpinestars' leadership in motorsport protection and performance
  

Media Relations & Press Management

• 
  
• Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with international motorsport media, Formula 1 journalists, broadcasters, digital platforms, and industry opinion leaders
  
• Manage all press activities related to Formula 1 programs, including product launches, press releases, media kits, interviews, and editorial opportunities
  
• Coordinate proactive media outreach to maximize brand visibility and coverage throughout the racing season
  
• Monitor media performance and identify opportunities to increase positive brand exposure
  

Event & Motorsport Engagement

• 
  
• Actively engage with the Formula 1 ecosystem through race weekends, team activities, industry events, product launches, and partner activations
  
• Support and coordinate media experiences, product presentations, and trackside activities, ensuring premium brand representation at all times
  
• Manage communications support during key motorsport events and strategic brand initiatives
  
• Foster relationships with teams, drivers, engineers, and industry partners to strengthen Alpinestars' position within the Formula 1 community
  
• Serve as a communication liaison between Alpinestars and Formula 1 ambassadors, teams, drivers and key partners
  
• Support and align athlete and ambassador storytelling with xysqume overall brand strategy, communication objectives, and product positioning
  
• Collaborate with sponsored athletes and partners to develop authentic and engaging content opportunities
  
• Ensure communication consistency across all athlete, team, and partner activations
  

Qualifications

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
  
• Proven experience in media relations, communications, public relations, or content marketing, preferably within motorsport, automotive, sports, or premium lifestyle industries
  
• Strong understanding of Formula 1, motorsport culture, and the global motorsport media landscape
  
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are considered an advantage
  
• Experience managing media events, press activities, and stakeholder relationships at an international level
  
• Ability to translate technical concepts into compelling, audience-focused narratives
  

Salary package: starting from 60,000€ + meal voucher +welfare
