Job Description:The Principal Quality Operations Specialist interprets internal or external business issues and recommends best practices. They may be tasked with solving complex operations-related problems and will work independently with minimal guidance. The Principal Quality Operations Specialist may be responsible for leading functional teams or projects and is regarded as a specialist in the field of operations. As such, they must have in-depth expertise in operations and broad knowledge of the operations discipline within the quality function. Our ingenuity fuels daily life. Essential Qualifications and Education:Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field of study preferred10+ years in a relevant field related to EPCLead auditor certification and experience preferredProficient with computers and Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook #LI-LJ1Key Tasks and Responsibilities:Review contract scope of work, specification, Project Execution Plan, and accepted qualifications and identify unique requirements or special processes during the project that require control for effective examination & reliabilityDirect, supervise, and participate in the activities of the Project Management Team to ensure product qualityInitiate Quality Planning by consulting the proactive and preventive measures identified and evaluate the effectiveness of the Project Quality Plan/procedures necessary to achieve product qualityInitiate Fit for Purpose evaluation for non-conforming itemsAssure through proper utilization of resources and audit verification of the effective execution of the Project Quality PlanCoordinate daily with the quality team to ensure adequate resources are available for day-to-day activities. Provide mentoring and coaching to the team as required for each discipline.When required, Develop a Project Quality Plan to cover all customer requirements to a level of detail necessary to ensure integration within the Project Quality PlanLiaise with the project Personnel and Customers to ensure that Quality problems are addressed and technically resolvedOversee the As-Built Project Certification as it is progressed through work approval packages and monitor the progress/status of mechanical completionPrepare Quality related ‘lessons-learned’ through project Close-out ReportConduct Readiness Review meetings with all QA/QC disciplinesParticipate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of Project Quality dataPrepare weekly MOM, Monthly reports (QMR), Project specific Inspection Assignment documentsPlan and arrange for Pre-Inspection Meeting along with the Manager Assurance, Quality Inspectors Expeditor, Package Manager, Supplier, and Client Full timePosting Date: 2026-07-15
