Your Mission
Support the administration team in the day-to-day management of accounting and administrative activities.
Your responsibilities will include:
Who You Are
You have previous experience in administration, accounting, or back-office operations.
You are organized, precise, and comfortable working with numbers and deadlines.
You enjoy creating order from complexity and continuously improving the way people work.
You’re proactive, reliable, and able to work independently while collaborating with different teams.
You are comfortable using technology and digital tools in your daily work. Experience and willingness to actively use AI tools such as Claude or Codex is mandatory, as AI will be an integral part of our way of working.
Experience with accounting software, Excel/Google Sheets, and digital administrative tools is considered a plus. Previous experience with NetSuite (Oracle ERP) is highly appreciated and will be considered a strong advantage.
You’re available to start as soon as possible and are looking for a long-term freelance collaboration (Partita IVA), either part-time or full-time, depending on your availability and experience.
