Gruppo Lactalis Italia is looking for a Civil Project Engineer Specialist to join the Engineering & Property function of the BU Milk in the Collecchio (PR) plant. The resource, reporting to the Milk BU Engineering Senior Manager, will have the following responsibilities:

• Preliminary civil/building design (structural, architectural and hygienic requirements);
• Preparation of metric calculations;
• Identification and management of necessary urban planning and/or authorization practices and coordination of appointed external consultants;
• Project management: work planning (GANTT/CPM), verification of compliance with times and dedicated budget;
• Management of construction site activities (work progress, safety, environmental aspects) personally and/or through the coordination of external consultants.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Diploma in surveying and/or Degree in Civil/Building Engineering or Architecture, preferably with specializations in the relevant field;
• Previous professional experience of at least 3/5 years in technical studios, construction companies or other companies;
• Good knowledge of Autocad and the Office package, the use of 3D/BIM design programs will be considered a preferential title;
• Good knowledge of the English language;
• Excellent relational and team working skills;
• Organizational and interfunctional collaboration skills;
• Time Management, attention to detail and a strong aptitude for problem solving.

• Working conditions: Availability for short business trips throughout the national territory;
• People management: the position does not involve people management;
• Main interlocutors: Technical area BU Milk and technical referents of the offices and/or sites involved in the projects.
