The AI Delivery & Agentic Platform Manager is responsible for governing and driving the end-to-end delivery of Generative AI solutions across the organization, from ideation and architecture through development, production deployment, and operational excellence.

The role combines strong technical expertise in AI technologies, including RAG, Agentic AI, Multi-Agent Systems, and MCP-based architectures, with delivery leadership and governance responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Govern and oversee the full lifecycle of AI initiatives, from use case assessment and solution design to deployment and operational support.
• Own and maintain the AI delivery roadmap, ensuring visibility, prioritization, dependency management, and risk mitigation across all AI initiatives.
• Define and enforce architectural standards, reference architectures, and delivery patterns for Generative AI, RAG, Agentic AI, Multi-Agent, and MCP-based solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to development teams during solution design, implementation, testing, and production rollout.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with enterprise requirements for security, scalability, resilience, observability, and operational readiness.
• Review AI architectures and implementation approaches, identifying technical risks and improvement opportunities before production deployment.
• Coordinate with platform, cloud, security, data, and operations teams to guarantee successful delivery and service adoption.
• Establish development guidelines, engineering best practices, and quality controls for AI applications and services.
• Drive production readiness activities, including monitoring, evaluation, observability, incident management, support processes, and operational governance.
• Promote the adoption of reusable AI assets, accelerators, frameworks, and best practices across multiple teams and business domains.
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies, models, frameworks, and agentic patterns, driving innovation while maintaining enterprise-grade quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering AI or Generative AI solutions in enterprise production environments.
• Strong understanding of RAG architectures, Agentic AI systems, Multi-Agent frameworks, and MCP-based integrations.
• Experience with AI ecosystems such as Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, Databricks, or equivalent platforms.
• Experience governing software delivery, architecture reviews, and production readiness processes.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native architectures, deployment models, operational support, and observability practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Experience balancing innovation and experimentation with enterprise governance, security, and operational requirements.

What we offer:

Type of contract: permanent

The Annual Salary for this position starts from €50,000 gross per year. xysqume

The level of classification will be determined during the selection process based on the candidate’s profile and in accordance with the National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Tertiary, Distribution and Services sector. The final compensation package, including any variable components (such as MBO) or additional benefits
