We are looking for a Chapter Lead Microsoft Dynamicsto drive the evolution of our CRM and customer engagement Microsoft platforms across all brands and markets. In this role, you will lead a distributed and international team of specialists, ensuring the successful design, delivery, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions (Service, Marketing, Sales) and the broader Microsoft ecosystem. You will act as a technical and functional leader, bridging business strategy and digital execution, while accelerating innovation through the adoption of Microsoft's latest AI and data platforms.

The compensation package will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills and the scope of the role, applying objective and gender-neutral criteria. As a reference, for such position we offer a salary ranging between 52.000 € and 77.000 €. You will also be part of the Ariston Group short-term incentive program. xysqume This position is covered by the CCNL Metalmeccanici Industria.
